Holy cow a DD! :faint: I just got home from a ten day holiday in Torrevieja, Spain and logged in to check up on my messages. When it said "287 feedback messages", my heart skipped a beat. Rushing to where the main activity seemed to be (my poem "Toast": http://fav.me/d46a2kc), I found that I had indeed received a DD, and so shortly after that DLD! :D I hope to get round to replying to all the great comments you have been leaving, but if I don't, know that I'm grateful for yours too. ;) I want to thank BeccaJS (https://www.deviantart.com/beccajs) especially for featuring me, it truly means a great deal to me. Enough with the speeches, I'm off

My poem "Flux" (http://fav.me/d3jbbt2) has been featured as a DLD http://news.deviantart.com/article/158375/ ! :w00t: This is a first for me and I am honoured. angelStained (https://www.deviantart.com/angelstained), thanks for featuring me! :D I've been writing a lot lately (also Dutch poetry, which I rarely post as most of my watchers do not understand Dutch), and it's good to see that people are reading and appreciating it. It inspires me to keep writing and stay active here on dA. Now that I am journaling, I might just as well do a little update. It has been a long and eventful summer for me, but I don't want it to end yet. I've been to London and Fr

Free days, I love them. I can spend my time doing whatever I want, which involves a lot of piano playing, singing and writing at the moment. Next saturday is my first poetry reading ever at a fundraiser for a small theatre company. I'm still puzzling to put something coherent together. Maybe I'll do a collection of some of my slide shows. At that same fundraiser I'm accompanying a singer in Mozart's "Voi, che sapete" and Fauré's "Mai". It's going to be awesome. And here's a link CrimsonXxXRegret (https://www.deviantart.com/crimsonxxxregret) posted to practise your GRE vocab, which is very addictive. http://www.TyrannosaurusPrep.com/Quiz/GRE Anyway, I'll see you guys around. Thanks again for your commentary, insights, and favoritism.
Most welcome. :)
Can you pretty please explain the reasoning behind your signature to me? I can do the math. I have. It still doesn't make sense and I'm obsessive about this sort of thing so PLEASE tell me what it means before my head explodes over here or something.
It basically tries to convey (and it is obviously not doing a very good job) that the person I am now (I(now)) is the person I was a moment ago (I(now - Δt)) plus how that person experienced the past moment (Δt ∙ I(now - Δt)), where you take that past moment to be infinitely small. Hope that helps, cheers!
Oh my god. So that is PRETTY MUCH the coolest thing ever. Thank you!
You're welcome, and thanks!
Woops, something went wrong with the code there. Well, I hope you get the point. :)
